It's been about two months since my last confession...errr post.
I want to update you all on what the kids are doing. Lily is 9 1/2 months now. She's standing and crawling as of yet, just recently started letting go of things to hold on to and is standing on her own. She waves and makes a whole array of noises, but no words. (besides dada, nana, yaya...etc, but I don't think she knows what she's saying yet). She just started sleeping through the night in *gasp* HER OWNNNNNNNN ROOM!!! I'm so excited! Maybe I'll actually have energy now!
Caden is running all over the place, kicking balls, hitting baseballs with his bat (with correct form, I might add, he even does two bat taps before he swings...), Shooting basketballs (he could beat me in HORSE, I guarantee it). We went in for his 18 month appointment the other day and he is off the charts still in height, and about 85th-90th% in weight. Needless to say, he's a monster. He is OUT OF CONTROL these days. He hits me, kicks me, scratches me, pinches me...and god forbid I say NO to him. He goes crazy!!!! He also does this thing...that kind of freaks me out. Someone please tell me their 18 month old does this too.........but he does something bad, and when he gets in trouble for it...he looks down to the ground and then looks up at me with his eyes only in a very evil way and then lets out a demonic little laugh. WHERE DID HE LEARN THIS? I don't know but it sure is scary! He's very advanced mentally for an 18 month old, which is good because since he's so big, people think he's older than he really is, and he sure does act like it, too.
Here is a list of the words Caden can say right now, off the top of my head.
Jump, Strawberry, Broccoli, Cookie, Candy (I know I'm a bad mom), Sissy, Mommy, Dada, Buggy (lily's nickname), Ball, Bat, That,Hot,Grandma, Grandpa, Doggie, Kitty, Up, Bye, Hi/Hey, Book, Blue, Yellow, Green, Greenbeans, Cheese, Eyes, Wash, Honey, yes/no, Don't, Stop, Banana, Bottle, Night Night, Cup, Drink, Water, Juice, One, Two, Whoa,Car, Truck,Yuck, Ew, Catch, "Throw it", "Yo gabba gabba", "Whatchu doin?", "Where'd it go? Here it is", "ready, set, go"
That's all I can really think of...but he sure is smart!
I have a lot of fun with them and am so proud of my babies so I just wanted to share!
